NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue only for Constans (p. 221). Note that so far two different rev. legend breaks are attested: I-IV-VE-N and I-IVVE-N, which could make in RIC two separate entries (cf. RIC VII TRIER 18-21 or CONSTANTINOPLE 93-94).
