CONSTANTI-NVSMAXAVG [CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG]; bust r., plain diadem, dr., cuir. [E7].

REVERSE

GLOR-IAEXERC-ITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers, helmeted, stg. front, looking at each other; each holding spear and rests hand on shield; between them two standards. TRP in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

UNLISTED BUST TYPE - E7. Not attested for obv. legend 1 (p. 214). Note that diadem looks like a plain ladder-shaped diadem combined with a laurel wreath. Good style but presumably an ancient imitation. See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VII, p. 214. Could be noted in RIC before TRIER 518.
