UNLISTED NUST TYPE - B5 AND ENGRAVER'S ERROR. Bust not attested for obv. legend 1 (p. 201-202). Note that this coin is a hybrid but RIC lists similar hybrid with bust type B1 as a separate type (TRIER 430). Note also additional "M" (upside down) in exergue which in fact belongs to rev. legend (NOSTRORVM). See TRIER 434, CONSTANTINE II, ENGRAVER'S ERROR with similar error (but different rev. die). Apparently an ancient imitation. Coin could be noted after TRIER 430.
