NOT IN RIC
|
UNLISTED MINTMARK. Not attested for Siscia and very unusual. Apparently a result of tooling, i.e. coin should be regarded as a modern fake (made unintentionally?). Probably SISCIA 217 (or SISICIA 195). The first "S" in SSISC was made from officina letter ("Є" or "B"), while the last "C" - from double crescent (or wreath).
