VICTORIAELAETAEPRINCPERP [VICTORIAE LAETAE PRINC PERP]; two Victories stg. facing one another, together holding shield inscribed VOT/PR on altar of varying design. ЄSIS• in exergue.

UNLISTED BUST TYPE VARIETY. Bust type similar to H11 l. which is not attested for obv. legend 1b (p. 433). But note that Constantine is holding sceptre instead of spear. Coin should be listed before SISCIA 61.
