UNLISTED ISSUE. RIC lists similar issue [SIRMIUM 42 (Roma Numismatics 2, lot 768; 4.42 g; 19 mm)] with bust B1 [head r., laur.] and rev. legend SECVRITAS PERPETVAE. Coin should be listed before SIRMIUM 42.
