ENGRAVER'S ERROR. Coin similar to NICOMEDIA 90 except for retrograde obverse. Apparently an engraver's error. But note also dots in the top row of stone layers and diagonal lines near doors - decoration not attested for Nicomedia. Probably an ancient imitation.
