OBVERSE

CONSTANTINVSIVNNC [CONSTANTINVS IVN N C]; bust l., laur., cuir., Victory on globe in r. hand, pugio (parazonium) in l. hand..

REVERSE

BEATATRANQVILLITAS [BEATA TRANQVILLITAS]; globe set on altar inscribed VO/TIS/XX in three lines; above, three stars. C in left field, R in right field. PLG in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

[CORRECTION]. According to Bastien Lyon (318-337) (footnote 3 on p. 152) LYONS 150 does not exist because RIC describes this type with mappa in l. hand, not parazonium. Listed in Bastien Lyon (318-337) (p. 152, no. 93). In fact, the controversy concerns only the accuracy of the description. See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VII, pp. 89-90.
