REVERSE

GLOR-IAEXERC-ITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers stg. facing one another, holding reversed spear and resting hand on shield; between them one standard inscribed with a chi-rho. *PLG in exergue.

UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue for Constantine I, Constantine II and Constantius II (p. 141). Listed in Collezione Sabetta (p. 185, no. 1). Listed in Bastien Lyon (318-337) (p. 186, no. 274), but not illustrated and with note: "Pas d'exemplaire retrouvé". Two examples listed and shown in Bastien Lyon - supplément I (p. 53, no. 274). Should be listed in RIC after LYONS 282.
