REVERSE LEGEND VARIETY. Specimen similar to LONDON 287 except for two dots in rev. legend. Cf. also footnote to LONDON 284 on p. 115: "4 in AH [Appleford Hoard] with rev. BEAT • TRAN • QLITAS". Probably the same variety. Note that these dots are very small and sometimes only one is visible. Not attested in Cloke-Toone.
