HYBRID, OVERSTRUCK. Obverse CONSTANTINOPLE 22 (or 23, 25-26) with reverse CONSTANTINOPLE 27. Note, however, that this coin was overstruck on coin from one of Licinius' emissions minted few years earlier in Heraclea (HERACLEA 51-55), Nicomedia (NICOMEDIA 43-50), Cyzicus (CYZICUS 14-19), Antioch (ANTIOCH 34-36) and Alexandria (ALEXANDRIA 27-33).
