RIC VII, ARLES [after 341], CONSTANTINE II, UNLISTED FOR RULER [IRREGULAR COIN]

OBVERSE	CONSTAN-TINVSIVNO [CONSTANTINVS IV NO (sic!)]; bust r., rosette-diadem, dr., cuir.
REVERSE	GLOR-IAEXERC-ITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers, helmeted, stg. front, looking at each other; each holds spear and rests hand on shield; between them, two standards. PCONST in exergue.
NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue only for Constantine I and Constantius II. Obv. legend suggests Constantine II (CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C expected) but portrait shows Constantine I with (clumsy engraved) rosette-diadem. Apparently an ancient imitation. Could be noted after ARLES 341.
