REVERSE	VIRTVSE-XERCIT [VIRTVS EXERCIT]; military standard with drapery marked VOT/XX; on either side, captive std. on ground. QARL in exergue.
NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue only for Constantine I, Licinius II and Constantine II. General note from p. 229: "Not even the next type, Virtus exercit, is sufficiently well represented to give a clear picture of the distribution of officinae; most obverses are very scarce, if not unique. Licinius I and Crispus are entirely absent". Listed in Ferrando (p. 179, no. 761; this coin). Should be listed in RIC before ARLES 203.
