REVERSE
IOVICONSERVATORIAVGG [IOVI CONSERVATORI AVGG]; Emperor borne by eagle stg. r., r. wing pointing horizontally, l. wing pointing downward, looking back; Emperor holds sceptre in l. hand and thunderbolt in r. TAR (sic!) in exergue.
NOT IN RIC
UNLISTED BUST TYPE [J3 l.] AND MINTMARK. Mintmark may be regarded as an engraver's error: TAR instead of expected TARL. But note also rude style and "AVGG" (double "G") in rev. legend instead of "AVG" (single "G"). Unlisted bust type is similar to J3 except for spear instead of sceptre. Obviously an ancient imitation.
