REVERSE

PROVIDEN-TIAECAESS [PROVIDENTIAE CAESS]; camp gate on base, two turrets, no doors, star above; varying number of stone layers. Dot in gateway. SMANTH in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

REVERSE VARIETY. Specimen similar to ANTIOCH 73 except for camp gate stg. on base. Note that this variety is not mentioned in RIC for Antioch, but cf. footnotes to CONSTANTINOPLE 7-9.
