UNLISTED ISSUE. This specimen undoubtedly belongs to the issue erroneously lists in RIC as HERACLEA 50; only officina A recorded (p. 547). Pierre Bastien in his article ["Coins with a Double Effigy Issued by Licinius at Nicomedia, Cyzicus, and Antioch", Numismatic Chronicle 1973, pp. 87-97, plate 5-6] suggested correct attribution and recorded specimens for eight officinae.
However, there is no officina letter and unusual m.m. SMANT seems to be a remnant of the previous issue [ANTIOCH 25-30]. Apparently an engraver's error.
