REVERSE VARIETY. Specimen similar to TREVERI 516b except for altar to l. instead of S|F letters in fields. Cf. footnote 3 to TREVERI 511 on p. 196: "Altar in field to l. of Genius: style rough: possibly unorthodox". Note also that the distinction between modius and turreted crown "is often very hard to make" (footnote 1 on p. 196). May be regarded as an ancient imitation. If Genius has modius on head, coin should be listed after TREVERI 504.
