NOT IN RIC
|
UNLISTED OFFICINA - Γ. RIC lists only officinae A and B (p. 512). However, this very specimen from the British Museum is cited in footnote 3 on p. 512: "The B.M. [British Museum] has a coin with TSΓ: though there may have been a third officina this is the only recorded example of Γ". Now it should be regarded as a part of regular issue because existence of another specimen from officina Γ (minted for Galerius Maximian) is confirmed.
