VOT-APVBLICA [VOTA PVBLICA]; Neptune, at l., stg. r., foot on prow, holding trident and dolphin, facing Isis at r., stg l., holding sistrum and sacred vessel (situla) [type J in Vagi, p. 569].

UNLISTED ISSUE. Specimen belongs to the Festival of Isis coins (tokens), first struck by Diocletian and continued until the 380s (for more information see: Vagi, pp. 566-576). Very rare. Vagi records this type of reverse (J) only for Constatntine I (no. 3431).
