NOT IN RIC

UNLISTED ISSUE. Mintmark and rev. type similar to ROME 120a-124 but this coin apparently was minted after Constantius' death and belongs to the Group III. RIC lists ROME 120a-124 for Constantius, Galerius Maximian, Severus as Caesar and Maximinus (p. 365) and dated it to c. 305 (p. 264).

General note from p. 337: "The folles of this issue continue the Sac Mon... reverse of Group I (ix) above: P and S are used for the Augusti, T and Q (so far as can be judged) for the Caesars. Constantius has a longer and a shorter form of obv. legend. These coins are all scarce or rare".

The presence of Severus' and Constantine's coins suggests the later date and transition between Group II and III. Coin shoule be listed before ROMA 158a.
