NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this type only for Constantine (p. 409) with slightly inaccurate description: chlamys hanging behind instead of chlamys flying. Listed in Bastien-Huvelin (p. 111, no. 1455; this coin). Should be listed in RIC after OSTIA 93.
