UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this type only for Maximinus (p. 565).
General note from p. 551: "Herculi Victori is given, surprisingly, to Maximinus alone". The footnote explains it in the following way: "This may well reflect (as in the next issue) the accord which came to exist between Maximinus and Maxentius, seen also in the types struck at Antioch and Alexandria in honour of Maximian Herculius before his death in 310. Maxentius and his father were a valuable counterpoise to that other Herculian, Constantine".
Coin should be listed before NICOMEDIA 68.
