|
UNLISTED BUST TYPE - O. Not attested for obv. legend 3a (p. 251-252). Note that the presence of cuirass could be questionable and this coin may be regarded as LUGDUNUM 136a (bust J, draped only; officina A not attested). But see also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 248; BUSTS D, E, H and J.
Listed in Bastien Lyon (294-316) (p. 178, no. 162; bust F*6, cuirassed or cuirassed and draped, sceptre or spear) as RIC VI LUGDUNUM 135 (bust H, draped only, sceptre instead of spear). Bastien apparently cites the very example cited in RIC (Gerin coll.). However, according to RIC rules, this coin has bust type O (not attested for obv. legend 3a) and should be listed after LUGDUNUM 139.
