PRINCIPIIV-VENTVTIS [PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS]; Prince stg. facing, head l., cloak hanging from l. shoulder and hanging behind, r. holding globe, l. reversed spear. Star in right field. PLN in exergue.

REVERSE VARIETY. Specimen similar to LONDINIUM 222 except for prince on rev. with cloak spread instead of cloak hanging from l. shoulder only. Cf. also unlisted LONDINIUM [after 226]. Listed in Cloke-Toone as a minor variety together with LONDINIUM 222 (7.07.003).
