SOLIINVIC-TOCOMITI [SOLI INVICTO COMITI]; Sol stg. l., chlamys draped over l. shoulder, r. raised, l. holding globe. I in left field, star over I in right field. PLN in exergue.

UNLISTED ISSUE. Not attested in RIC. Note that bust type could be described as mantled, because pteruges are not visible. See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 134. Mintmark pattern somehow similar to LONDINIUM 128-132. Note that all four known specimens with this m.m. are from the same rev. die, i.e. an engraver's error cannot be excluded. Listed in Cloke-Toone (6.04.003; this coin, also described as cuirassed).
