UNLISTED ISSUE. Earlier issue with HЄ in exergue has rev. legend nominatival, i.e. VICTORIA SARMATICS (HERACLEA 3). This coin belongs to the later separate emission with rev. legend datival. Listed in Gautier Argent (294-312) (p. 501, no. 17). Should be listed in RIC after HERACLEA 8.
