UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue only for Maximinus (p. 542). General note from p. 528: "This issue falls into two sections, before and after Maximinus' capture of Heraclea. [...] In the second, Maximinus is seen to have introduced his own range of types, from which both Licinius and Constantine are excluded: Genio Augusti (scarce), Herculi Victori and Soli Invicto (both rare). Date, 313". Coin should be listed after HERACLEA 78.
