UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists issue GENIO AVGVSTI with eagle only for Maximinus [HERACLEA 76] and assumes that it was minted after his capture of Heraclea.

General note from p. 528: "This issue falls into two sections, before and after Maximinus' capture of Heraclea. [...] In the second, Maximinus is seen to have introduced his own range of types, from which both Licinius and Constantine are excluded: Genio Augusti (scarce), Herculi Victori and Soli Invicto (both rare). Date, 313".

Listed in Tillack - Heraclea (p. 257, no. 82). Coin should be listed before HERACLEA 76.
