UNLISTED ISSUE. RIC does not list issue with SMHT and officina letter in exergue. Voetter lists this m.m. for Licinius (p. 115, no. 9; officinae Γ and Δ attested). However, Sutherland rejects his claim in footnote 2 on p. 541. The reverse type is similar to RIC VI HERACLEA 65-67, so this issue should be listed as a new group after HERACLEA 67.
