UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue only for Maximinus and Constantine. The presence of Severus as Caesar suggests that this issue, probably very small, was started shortly before the death of Constantius, i.e. belongs also to the Group II. Coin should be listed before CYZICUS 30a.
