NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED FOR RULER AND UNLISTED OBV. LEGEND. RIC lists this issue for Maximian Herculius, Constantius and Galerius (p. 580). Also obv. legend IMP C C VAL DIOCLETIANVS AVG is not listed for post-reform coinage from Cyzicus. Note that this shorter obv. legend is attested for earlier Cyzican emission of Concordia militum (see example of RIC V/2 306). Note also absence of dot in exergue.
