VIRTVSAV-GGETCAESSNN [VIRTVS AVGG ET CAESS NN]; prince, turned l., with shield on l. arm, galloping r. over three fallen foemen, striking downwards with his spear. AQΓ in exergue.

REVERSE VARIETY. Specimen similar to AQUILEIA 68b except for three foemen instead of two. Note also that the prince is turned l., striking a foeman which is behind him. Listed in Paolucci & Zub (no. 139).
