NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this very rare issue only for Maximian Herculius and Constantius (p. 313). See also footnote 1 on p. 313: "The existence of this issue, which might otherwise have seemed disputable, is made certain by the Vienna specimens. Whether AQA indicates off. A of mint AQ is debatable: no AQB specimens have been recorded". Coin should be listed after AQUILEIA 21.
