Sutherland apparently have not seen a single example of this type and cites it after Maurice who cites it (iii, 150) after Missong who points to the specimen from London (Z.f.N. 1880, p. 271); probably the same specimen from BM which is shown below. Listed in Depeyrot (p. 142, no. 21/1; cites specimen from BM; not illustrated).
