REVERSE	VTILITAS-PVBLICA [VTILITAS PVLICA]; Utilitas stg. l., with her hands in her drapery. Δ in left field. SMA in exergue.
NOT IN RIC	UNLISTED ISSUE. Not attested for Antiochia but cf. similar VTILITAS PVBLICA fractions minted in Ticinum (TICINUM 27a-28b), Roma (ROMA 48-49b and ROMA 62), Siscia (SISCIA 94) and, probably, in Cyzicus (note on p. 581). Note also m.m. SMA which was later used on Antiochian civic coinage. Should be listed in RIC as separate fraction issue after ANTIOCHIA 63b.
