OBVERSE

CONSTAN-TINOPOL [CONSTANTINOPOL (sic!)]; bust l., laur. helmet, wearing imperial cloak, reversed spear.

REVERSE

Victory stg. l. on prow, holding spear and shield. Star in left field. TR•P in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

MINTMARK VARIETY. Specimen similar to TRIER 543 except for star in l. field (cf. ARLES 352 and two issues from Trier: TRIER 554 with wreath in l. field and TRIER 563 with branch in l. field). Apparently an ancient imitation.
