CONSTANTI-NVSMAXAVG [CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG]; bust r., pearl-diadem, dr., cuir. [E9].

REVERSE

GLOR-IAEXER-CITVS [GLORIA EXERCITVS]; two soldiers stg. facing one another, holding spear in outer hand, inner hand resting on shield set on ground; between them two standards.. TR•P in exergue.

UNLISTED BUST TYPE - E9. Not attested for obv. legend 1 (p. 216). See also example of TRIER 538 with laurel wreath which looks significantly different. Coin should be listed after TRIER 537.

NOTES

Diameter 17 mm. Sold on eBay in November 2012 for $20.93.
