RESTITVTO-RILI-BE-RTATIS [RESTITVTORI LIBERTATIS]; Roma std r. on facing, high-backed throne, in l. hand sceptre, presenting globe to Emperor stg. l. in military dress, holding short sceptre; shield by throne. PTR in exergue.

REVERSE LEGEND VARIETY. Coin similar to TRIER 23 (Berlin no. 18229644, 4.45 g, 19 mm) and TRIER 24 (NAC 49, lot 468, 4.25 g) except for rev. legend breaks: O-RILI-BE-R instead of unbroken rev. legend [TRIER 23] or R-ILI-B [TRIER 24]. According to RIC, different rev. legend breaks makes for this type a separate entry. Coin should be listed after TRIER 24.

Solidus. Weight 4.45 g; diameter 19 mm. Sold on Triton XVIII, session 3 (lot 1241) in January 2015 for $27,500.
