BUST TYPE VARIETY. RIC marks Constantine's II bust as B5, but according to Bruun, it could be also marked B4 (see footnote to THESSALONICA 69-71 on p. 507: "Bust B4 or B5, a matter of opinion"). Here we have undoubtedly bust type B4. However, this coin was probably heavily tooled. Note that in the present author's opinion busts of THESSALONICA 69-71 should be marked B4 (see CORRIGENDA, VOL. VII, p. 507).
