NOT IN RIC

[CORRECTION]. RIC cites unique specimen from Vienna and erroneously marks bust type as J2 l. [laur., cuir., mappa in l. hand]. Actually, it is a variety of bust type L2 l. or L3 l. Listed in Bastien Lyon I (p. 256, no. 589). Note that Bastien cites the same specimen from Vienna, but according to him, emperor is holding in l. hand sceptre or parazonium.

NOTES

Weight 2.93 g; diameter 20 mm. Coin sold on eBay in July 2013 for $58.33 [Thanks to the collaboration of Tomasz Speier]; sold on VCoins (Victor's Imperial Coins) for $200.
