BEATTRA-NQLITAS [BEAT TRANQLITAS]; globe on altar inscribed VOT/IS/XX in three lines; above, three stars. PLON in exergue.

BUST VARIETY. Specimen similar to LONDON 278 except for bust draped instead of cuirassed. No traces of cuirass are visible, however, Cloke-Toone describes this type as cuirassed and draped (9.05.022; bust B3 (z) left). See also CORRIGENDA, VOL. VII, p. 89.
