NOT IN RIC

UNLISTED BUST TYPE - E1. RIC lists for this issue and obv. legend only bust type E3 [CYZICUS 58] (p. 652). However, note that distinction between diadem types could be sometimes arbitrary. E3 means pearl-diadem but in footnote 58 on p. 652 Bruun describes this diadem as "ladder-shaped diadem with dot in each segment" which suggests rather plain diadem i.e. type E1. On the other hand, if actual specimen belongs to CYZICUS 58 it is still unlisted because of officina mark. RIC lists for CYZICUS 58 only officinae B and Γ.
