RIC VII, ARLES 38, CONSTANTINE I, UNLISTED OFFICINA T

OBVERSE

IMPCONSTANTINVSPFAVG [IMP CONSTANTINVS P F AVG]; bust r., laur., dr., cuir.

REVERSE

SOLIIN-VI-CTOCOMITI [SOLI INVICTO COMITI]; Sol stg. l., fold of chlamys spread under l. arm, globe in l. hand, raising r. hand. TARL in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

UNLISTED OFFICINA - T. RIC lists for this type only officina P (p. 237). Note that description in RIC could be misleading. The "fold of chlamys" sometimes means chlamys which Bruun usually describes as "flying under l. arm" (e.g. ARLES 19-20). There is also no mention about globe in l. hand and raised r. hand. For comparison, see picture of ARLES 40 (similar rev., but Sol with chlamys across l. shoulder).
