OBVERSE

CONSTANTINVSIVNNOBC [CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C]; bust l., laur., dr., cuir.

VIRTV-SCAES [VIRTVS CAES]; gateway with wide open doors of varying design, four turrets, varying number of stone layers, star above. S in left field, F in right field. CONS in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

MINTMARK VARIETY. Similar to ARLES 322, but note peculiar m.m., CONS instead of PCONST or SCONST, CAES in rev. legend instead of CAESS and rev. legend break V-S instead of S-C. Coin of a quite good style (but note the arrangement of open doors) but probably an imitative one.
