VICTORIAELAETPRINCPERP [VICTORIAE LAET PRINC PERP]; two Victories facing one another, holding on column shield inscribed VOT/PR. Altar decorated with star. PARL in exergue.

UNLISTED FOR RULER. RIC lists this issue only for Licinius I, Crispus and Constantine II (p. 256). See footnote 8 on p. 229: "No coins of off. P are known, nor any obvs. of Constantine and Licinius II, but in view of the scarcity of our material this is probably accidental". Listed in Bikić-Do Hoard (Arles no. 64; 1 specimen). Coin should be listed before ARLES 198.
