SOLIINV-I-CTOCOMITI [SOLI INVICTO COMITI]; Sol rad., stg. l. in long robe and falling from l. shoulder, raising r. hand, globe in l. RS in exergue.

NOT IN RIC

REVERSE VARIETY. Specimen similar to ROME 323a except for Sol's long robe instead of chlamys across l. shoulder. Sol in long robe, with shorter rev legend SOLI INVICTO, was minted in Eastern mints in 312-313 (cf. NICOMEDIA 77c, CYZICUS [after 92] or ANTIOCHIA 167c).

Weight 3.00 g; diameter 19 mm. Coin sold on eBay in July 2017 for EUR 323.
