GENIOPOP-VLIROMANI [GENIO POPVLI ROMANI]; Genius stg. l., modius on head, naked but for chlamys over l. shoulder, r. holding patera, l. cornucopiae. B in left field. LP in exergue.

UNLISTED BUST TYPE. Not attested for this issue (p. 244). RIC lists for LUGDUNUM 41 (BM B.1043, 9.61 g; cited in RIC) similar bust type but with forward-pointing spear. Listed in Fresnoy-lès-Roye II Hoard (p. 107, no. 307). Listed in Bastien Lyon (294-316) (p. 165, no. 81). Coin should be listed in RIC after LUGDUNUM 41.
