NOT IN RIC

REVERSE VARIETY. RIC describes Sol's chlamys as "draped over l. shoulder", not draped and hanging behind (with exception for LONDINIUM 286; see footnote 3 on p. 140). Listed in Huvelin (no. 200).

It is unclear whether description of Sol from this issue "or facing, head l." means the same as "or stg. r., head l." (probably not, according to footnote 2 on p. 140). It is also unclear whether the description "chlamys spread" (see: footnote 3 on p. 140 to LONDINIUM 286) means the same as "chlamys hanging behind". This issue obviously needs a thorough rearrangement, but the present author decided to point out the major inconsistencies in RIC. See also: CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 140.
