CO-NSTANTINVSPFAVG [CONSTANTINVS P F AVG]; bust l., laur., helm., cuir., r. holding spear forward, shield on l. arm [CC].

REVERSE

PRINCIPII-VVENTVTIS [PRINCIPI IVVENTVTIS]; Prince stg. facing, head l., cloak hanging behind, r. holding globe, l. reversed spear. Star in right field. PLN in exergue.

UNLISTED BUST TYPE [CC] AND REVERSE VARIETY. Bust type not attested for obv. legend 1d (p. 137). For this bust type see CORRIGENDA, VOL. VI, p. 134. But note also that prince's cloak is hanging behind, not from l. shoulder only. Listed in Huvelin (no. 130b). Listed in Cloke-Toone (7.07.016). Should be listed in RIC after LONDINIUM 226.
