VIRTVS-MILITVM [VIRTVS MILITVM]; the four princes sacrificing over tripod before archway in six-turreted enclosure. No mintmark in exergue.

MINTMARK VARIETY. Specimen similar to CYZICUS 6 except for absence of CM in mintmark. Note also footnote to CYZICUS 5a on p. 579: "Vienna contains similar piece [...] without mint-mark". Probably both pieces belong to a separate unlisted issue.

NOTES

Argenteus. Weight 3.18 g. Coin sold on Helios Numismatik auction 7 (lot 927) in December 2011 for EUR 550; sold on Künker auction 280 (lot 851; attributed to "Ticinum or Siscia") in September 2016 for EUR 400.
